Dear interviewee
Here at Kindco we believe our business thrives when people want to work here. We are committed to making sure that people who join us feel supported, valued and empowered to do their best work. And that starts at the interview stage.
The interview is a two-way conversation.
It’s not just about us getting to know you; it’s also about you getting to know us. We want this to be an opportunity for genuine connection, not a high‑pressure test.
To make the interview as comfortable as possible for you, we want to be really clear with our information.
We’ve attached a video to help you arrive with ease.
This shows you:
- how to find our building, including nearby landmarks and transport links
- What the reception and entrance area look like
- Where to check in and who will greet you
- What to expect when you arrive
We want to make the unfamiliar familiar, so you can focus on your interview and not the logistics
The Interview Process – what to expect.
- Interview questions provided in advance. We want you to have time to think about your answers and share your best insights. We don’t want you to feel pressured to come up with answers on the spot.
- Clarification. Do you need more information about the role or the interview questions? Just ask; we’re happy to help.
- Bring your own materials. Feel free to bring notes, outlines or visuals. We don’t expect you to memorise your responses; we want you to share in whichever way works best for you.
- Choose your interview style. Prefer to grab a coffee first and settle in? Need a quiet environment? Want to ditch the small talk and get straight into it? Just let us know; we want to give us both the best chance to get to know each other.
- Your feedback matters. If you have ideas to make the process easier or more inclusive, we’d appreciate hearing them. We value difference and do not assume we know everything. We are always looking to learn.
Thank you for considering Kindco. Our goal is to be a place where you feel welcome, where your unique strengths shine and where you feel confident this is a place where you would like to grow your career.
We look forward to meeting you and wish you the best of luck with your interview.
