Individual
Psychotherapy and Coaching
in a Neurodiverse World

As a tree needs healthy roots to flourish, so we need a healthy ‘self’ in order to thrive.
Supporting you in personal healing and growth.
Individual Support
(because YOU matter)

When you’re ready for more than just pushing through.
Perhaps life feels exhausting; emotionally, mentally or both. Years of masking and people-pleasing. Trying to keep going even when it costs you your wellbeing.
Over time, this can show up as anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, low mood and a growing sense of disconnection from who you really are.
Some people work with me because they’re questioning their neuro- identity. Perhaps something has stopped them in their tracks with a quiet realisation of ‘that’s me’.

Supporting Neurodivergent Minds (Autism/ADHD/AuDHD)
Autism and ADHD weren’t widely recognised for many children growing up in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Those children are now adults.
Capable, thoughtful, sensitive people; many of whom are beginning to wonder whether there’s been an explanation missing all along.
If life feels harder than it should; if you’re constantly second-guessing yourself or carrying a sense that you’ve been trying to survive rather than truly live, you’re not alone.

How can therapy and/or coaching help?
Therapy creates space to get to the roots of issues; understanding things that have often been building up over time. We explore patterns, beliefs and coping strategies that may have once helped you, but may now be holding you back.
Curiosity and compassion is at the foundation of our sessions, creating the space for new understanding to emerge and healing to begin.
With greater clarity, we can work on practical strategies that help you move through life in ways that feel more aligned; at home, at work, in relationships and in the most important relationship of all – YOU.

You in the Driving Seat
There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. Our work is tailored to you: your experiences, your neurotype, your pace and your goals.
This is a collaborative process.
You are the expert in your own life; my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, insight and compassion, offering perspective and tools that support lasting change.

The Outcomes
Clients often tell me that therapy doesn’t suddenly make life smooth sailing; but it does help it make sense.
As our work evolves, clients gain a better understanding of themselves and their experiences. Things that once felt confusing or shame-inducing begin to have healthier context. Self-blame softens. Compassion replaces criticism.
There’s often a quiet relief when confusion and distress give way to understanding.

Free To Be You
You will come away with a personalised set of practical and relational strategies that fit your life and your nervous system.
Tools to support you beyond the therapy room; whether that’s navigating work, relationships, boundaries, emotions or energy levels in ways that feel more sustainable and more ‘you’.
Over time, this can improve wellbeing, confidence and your ability to move through the world without constantly second-guessing yourself.
